The overall design and layout of Southam Grange is lovely.

Southam Grange, CV47

The overall design and layout of Southam Grange is lovely. There's a beautiful large pond which attracts wildlife, and is home to two swans. There are 2 nice play areas for children. And some green spaces too. Our experience with Bloor Homes building management has been positive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, a short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs, but even shorter walks to the beautiful Warwickshire countryside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anything that came up in the snagging list was addressed and corrected.

Bloor breach planning

Southam Grange, CV47

Management company now the grass once a week. No weeding, no path sweeping. Must be earning a fortune out of us residents at 300+ properties at £12 a month. Probably paying a local landscaping company £100 a week if that

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bloor refuse to erect fencing on boundary. Gardens breach BS8233 noise levels and Bloor Managing Director refuses to help and install adequate mitigation. Bloor are not complying with their planning obligations to ensure noise levels are acceptable in gardens

Service, would not have purchased

What is the best feature of your home:

Exterior view is pleasing. Property looks smart from the outside.
