When completing an Alchemist Writ at the highest Solvent Proficiency, you may receive a special Sealed Alchemy Writ that requests you create a specific concoction. This concoction will have three required elements, compared to the normal Alchemist Writs which only required two.
Check the lists below for the reagent combination needed to make the concoction and create either 16 potions or poisons. The Chemistry skill will greatly help with this as it allows you to make more potions and poisons from the each attempt. Once you have created the items, bring them to Rolis Hlaalu at the writ drop-off locations in either Elden Root, Wayrest or Mournhold for your reward.
This following lists shows the combinations of ingredients needed to create the potions or poisons for master writs. The UESP Alchemy Calculator can also be used to discover reagent combinations.
Potion master writs are worth 0000005 5 each. At the highest level of the Chemistry passive skill you can complete a master potion writ with four Lorkhan's Tears and four samples of each required Reagent.
